Olahraga Mata

1. Kedipkan mata anda kemudian pandangan melihat jauh kedepan/dibelalakan.

2. Gerakan bola mata anda ke kiri dan ke kanan kemudian ke atas dan ke bawah tanpa menggerakkan kepala anda.

3. Gerakan bola mata melingkar 360 derajat, lakuakn secara teratur.
